Terms and Condition

 

Payments - A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your event

 

Deposit - Non-refundable fee of $100.00 is required to hold event date

 

Late Booking- Events must be booked seven (7) days prior or subject to a late booking fee of $75.00 

 

Cancellation - A minimum of seven (7) days prior to your event date is required for re-booking. Scoops and Joy Ice Cream Catering will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.
